Delivering exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities is a rewarding and challenging career path. We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Care Workers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred care in residential settings, promoting the independence and well-being of service users. This will involve developing daily living skills, supervising staff and maintaining positive relationships with service users.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Applied Social Studies or a relevant qualification
  • Experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and supervise staff/students in a residential setting
  • Full manual driving license
