The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, optimising processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to the operations teams in both locations.
  2. Process Optimisation: Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise stockouts.
  4. Team Management: Help recruit, train, and develop operations staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

We offer a competitive salary package, including pension contributions, opportunities for career growth and development, further education support, on-site parking, and a full-time position with a salary range of €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year.
