As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by actively engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to make informed recommendations and promote sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet operational objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
