Main Duties and Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Establish and lead the programme management function, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement project delivery frameworks, processes, and governance structures that support scalable and efficient execution of major infrastructure projects.
- Programme & Project Oversight
- Oversee the full lifecycle of all assigned renewable energy infrastructure projects and associated projects—from early-stage development through construction and handover.
- Ensure robust planning, risk management, and resource allocation across programmes.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage multi-year programme budgets in collaboration with finance and project managers.
- Monitor capital and operational expenditure against forecasts, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the programme management team in senior leadership forums and with external stakeholders including regulators, partners, and suppliers.
- People Management
- Ensure that employee Health and Safety is a priority for all activities.
