Senior Fund Accountant

We are currently looking for experienced Senior Fund Accountants to join our dynamic and international corporate team. As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work closely with management and junior staff to achieve their needs.

  • You will oversee the preparation and collation of Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will take care of the day-to-day operations of the funds, following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers.
  • You will handle the fund accounts and prepare periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities.
  • You will also coordinate and arrange investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and issuance of shareholder statements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience in Private Equity, Real Estate or Debt Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Transfer Agent and investor servicing, taxpliance, etc.
  • Experience of UK FRS and IFRS accounting standards.
  • Strong academic background, qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) preferred.
  • Good communication skills, organised and flexible.
  • Ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment.
