  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., MBA, MSBA, MSIS, MSc). OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
