About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Manager to lead our luxurious spa team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, with a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including innovative treatment menus and service offerings.
  2. Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, motivation, and professional development opportunities.
  3. Maintain exceptional standards in our spa and onsite fitness centre, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained environment for our guests.
  4. Drive departmental profitability through strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue generation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior therapist or spa management role within a hotel setting.
  2. Track Record: Proven success in exceeding guest expectations and driving revenue growth.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  5. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of spa operations, including treatment protocols, scheduling software, and health and safety regulations.
