Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee a large-scale residential project in Central Dublin. This high-rise apartment complex will be a significant undertaking, requiring the successful candidate to demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, with a minimum of 7 years' experience working for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor in the UK or Ireland. They will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including site operations, labor resources, and materials.
  2. To develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  3. To lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including foremen, engineers, and other personnel.
  4. To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and to maintain a safe working environment on site.
  5. To liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified or trade background.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar role.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
