As a BMS Engineer at RedChair Recruitment, you will play a key role in the installation and maintenance of building management systems. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include designing, installing, and commissioning Building Management Systems for HVAC, lighting, and other building services, as well as developing and programming control strategies for energy-efficient building operations. You will also conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance, provide technical support and maintenance for existing BMS installations, and prepare detailed documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and maintenance procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline, have control systems knowledge, and have BMS software proficiency. You should also have building automation protocols knowledge and be proficient in industry protocols.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
