We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Services Coordinator to join our team at TN Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services in a Hospital setting in Dublin, Ireland.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for accepting written prescriptions or refill requests from patients and evaluating information for completeness and accuracy.
  • They will record medical histories while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Delivering quality customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, questions, or requests, and referring them to the pharmacist for medical information.
  • Verifying the accuracy of patient information.
  • Counting prescription medication, filling prescriptions, and typing and attaching medication labels.
Requirements
  • A minimum of NFQ Level 6 Hospital Pharmacy Experience and a Pharmacy Technician's Diploma or Higher Certificate are required.
  • Experience with aseptic compounding is essential.
