Clinical Nurse Manager CNM Role

The position of Clinical Nurse Manager involves overseeing the management of patient referrals and ensuring a seamless transition of care in Dublin South.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving patient referrals from acute hospitals and reviewing with Discharge Coordinators to ensure accurate discharge plans and dates are implemented.
  • Acting as case manager for patients as required, maintaining accurate assessments and records within the hospital while adhering to HIQA standards and policies.

Eligible applicants will have 3 years post-registration experience, a recognised managerial qualification and fluency in English. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
