A leading organisation seeks a skilled Management Accountant to drive financial excellence. As a key member of the finance team, you will provide financial analysis and strategic support to management, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Business Analysis: Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and provide insights to management.
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Compliance: Ensure Revenue compliance across all aspects of the business including prem taxes, VAT, RCT.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role. 3 to 5 years accountancy experience ideally within the construction sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT (MS Excel, Accounting Software).
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: Competitive salary €70K – 80K.
