Role Overview

A talented Digital Content Strategist is required to lead our social selling efforts, drive engagement through targeted programs, and elevate internal sales communications.

This collaborative role sits at the intersection of content creation, sales enablement, and digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing effective content strategies across multiple channels.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with experience in content development, marketing automation, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze performance data, iterate on content and program effectiveness, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global social selling strategy in collaboration with sales leadership, driving partner and prospect engagement through targeted programs.
  • Own and manage the content calendar for social selling efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and others, creating engaging and brand-aligned content that enhances our presence and builds thought leadership among target audiences.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and refine content strategies to optimize reach and impact, ensuring all program content reflects brand voice and aligns with overarching sales and marketing goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or sales enablement, with expertise in content development and marketing automation.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze).
  • Comfort with using performance data to iterate on content and program effectiveness (e.g., engagement metrics, email performance).
  • Strong proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and presentation design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
