We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in processing bi-weekly payrolls for the Americas (AMR) and/or EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with AMR payroll knowledge and experience.

You will need strong analytical skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reconciliations. Experience with Payroll software/ Excel/ Google Workspace and knowledge of HRIS tools are essential.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and validating payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.

  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial in developing optimum processes and service delivery.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations.

  • Experience in transforming payroll processes for large organisations is highly valued.

  • You will work closely with external payroll partners to implement automated payroll solutions.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and assisting with audit-related requests are key responsibilities.
