
Lead Healthcare Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Care Lead to join our team in Kilcullen, Kildare. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and support a team of caregivers.
As a Social Care Lead, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to a team of caregivers, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to provide high-quality care to our service users. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline. They will also have at least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility and at least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
- At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
- Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
- A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.
