Job Title: Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our project teams and drive successful project execution across our IoT organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring appropriate specifications, direction, and resources are in place.
  • Act as the central coordinator across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure alignment from design through production.
  • Establish realistic estimates and timelines with internal and external teams, and ensure continuous monitoring and mentoring.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks relating to cost, quality, and schedule.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to motivate and coach team members.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product vision and roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in a technical project management role within connected IoT device development.
  • Strong experience in the design and development of connected IoT devices.
  • Deep understanding of embedded software, electrical hardware, and mechanical design processes.
