About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect – Design Delivery Expert to join our Dublin studio, working closely with Project Directors, Principals, and multi-disciplinary design teams.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and driving project performance in the Dublin studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and collaborating with a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinating communication and presentation to design teams and clients.
  • Ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.
  • Mentoring younger team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Registration on the RIAI Register of Architects, with a minimum of 3 years Post Professional Practice Examination experience.
  • A passion for architectural design, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to work in motivated team environments.
  • Strong visualization skills, including hand sketching or computer-generated images.
  • A proven track record of participating in design competitions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulation, and Building Control Legislation.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, and InDesign software.
  • The ability to interface with Revit/BIM models, with training provided to successful candidates.
