Youth Services Manager

We are excited to be accepting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for a full-time Social Care Leader position in CPL's residential home. As a Social Care Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the young people in our care receive the highest level of support and care.

Your key responsibilities will include working alongside an experienced and supportive team to ensure that the day-to-day activities in the residential home are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for working closely with the management team to create and maintain a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in residential care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a driving license and a minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following fields:
