Job Overview:

Our company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects related to renewable energy, power generation and transmission and distribution. This role involves developing and deploying project controls and planning strategies to ensure effective scope, cost and schedule planning.

  • Develop and deploy project controls and planning strategies to ensure effective scope, cost and schedule planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and agree on project baselines (scope, cost, time).
  • Oversee progress measurement, earned value management reports, change management and control.
  • Develop and implement reports, KPIs and dashboards for project performance tracking.
  • Conduct Constructability Assessments on greenfield sites.
  • Represent the company in all aspects of the projects, including client interactions and contract negotiations.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial/industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy, particularly wind and solar construction programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
