About the Role

We are seeking an individual who can work independently, demonstrating awareness of key worker/support worker roles and possessing strong programme planning skills. The ideal candidate will provide personalized support, adapt communication styles, and engage in daily living activities with individuals requiring assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage individualized needs assessments to inform person-centered plans
  • Develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to enhance overall well-being
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and routines
