Job Opportunity

This position entails managing a team to ensure the efficient operation of the store. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience in retail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will oversee a team, setting a standard for other employees in terms of rotation, merchandising and facing off.
  • They will also lead by example, promoting teamwork and a positive attitude in the workplace.
  • Additionally, they will assist with employee induction, training and development.
  • Customer queries will be handled efficiently, professionally and consistently in line with store policy.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
  • The ability to multitask under pressure, work as part of a team and organize tasks effectively are all key qualities required.
