Job Title: Global Tax Manager

This role is ideal for a tax professional seeking to broaden their experience and expertise. The position involves reviewing transfer pricing documentation, optimizing global R&D credits, and preparing quarterly international corporate tax provisions.

A key aspect of this role is its variety, which will cover transfer pricing, corporate tax, R&D, and VAT. This makes it an attractive opportunity for specialists in one of these tax areas to gain valuable knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analyzing transfer pricing documentation across various regions
  • Optimizing global R&D credits to maximize benefits
  • Preparing quarterly international corporate tax provisions in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with external tax service providers to facilitate filing of CT returns
  • Preparing indirect tax returns across multiple regions
  • Providing ad-hoc tax planning and internal and external audit support

Requirements:

  • Qualified tax professional with accounting qualification desirable but not essential
  • 0-3 years' pqe within a large practice or from a multinational background
  • Ability to work independently with previous exposure to transfer pricing or R&D tax credits highly desirable
