Job Overview

Client Information Manager - 6 month contract position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage investor profiles and collaborate with wealth management teams
  • Evaluate and update client data to ensure accuracy and minimize errors
  • Implement changes to client information in accordance with service level agreements, daily deadlines, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures
  • Provide access to online services for clients, reset usernames and passwords, and generate two-factor authentication codes
  • Ensure all documents are complete and compliant
  • Verify the accuracy of client details to prevent errors
  • Understand and comply with Euronext (Dublin), Financial Regulator, and EU regulations
  • Support queries related to investor profiles, client documentation, and account inquiries
  • Maintain existing client data, liens, account restrictions, tax documents, and account documents for existing clients
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services
  • Experience reviewing anti-money laundering documentation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
