Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Equipment Engineer to join our team in a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • To work as a team member to support engineering in pharma operations in line with all safety, regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Process and equipment engineering Subject Matter Expert for vial filling and isolator equipment from design phase to equipment handover.
  • Review process flow diagrams (PFDs), specifications, layouts, and P&IDs to ensure compliance.
  • Lead FAT and SAT activities ensuring equipment is designed, fabricated, and tested to meet technical requirements.
  • Support follow-up equipment installation integration and coordinate vendor supervision as required.
  • Develop project commissioning and validation plan and review process-related validation protocols.
  • Analyze equipment control systems impact on processing performance and investigate process exceptions or equipment malfunction incidents.
