Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an exceptional project professional to lead our construction projects in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex commercial and residential projects, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.


About the Role
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and cooperation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment.

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 7 years in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
