Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Architect to spearhead the development of innovative digital solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with the Digital Solutions Lead to design and deliver enhanced digital workspace experiences leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Microsoft 365 suite of Apps, ServiceNow, and Enterprise Search.

• Drive innovation through hands-on development of AI-powered solutions incorporating Azure OpenAI, Azure Agentic AI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure ML, and ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Process Optimization to create intelligent automation and knowledge-driven support systems.
• Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow enterprise strategies including governance models, CoE frameworks, and automation blueprints aligned with business outcomes.
• Architect and actively develop modern intelligent workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow platforms focusing on self-service portals, collaboration frameworks, enterprise content, and intelligent ticketing systems.
• Design and implement enterprise integration patterns and reference architectures for seamless connectivity between SharePoint, Microsoft 365 suite, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent including custom topic creation, intent modeling, and integration with OpenAI or Azure AI services to enhance conversational capabilities.
• Lead technical strategy sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams stakeholders and clients while mentoring junior architects and senior developers.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise across the M365 Azure and ServiceNow stack to effectively design develop and deliver enterprise solutions while maintaining architectural integrity.

You will be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile projects that shape the future of work. To succeed in this role you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of comprehensive Microsoft technology stack experience with deep expertise in architecting M365 enterprise solutions. They should also possess a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 architectures including Azure solutions like Azure AI Foundry Azure ML Azure Data Factory and Azure Cognitive services.

They should have expert-level understanding of cloud architecture patterns focusing on Azure infrastructure design resource optimization and enterprise security models. Additionally they should have proven ability to integrate ServiceNow Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence to streamline case triaging resolution recommendations and improve agent productivity.
