Cpl Healthcare is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Professional to join our team at our client partner's site in Dublin.
The role involves providing support to the Director of EHS in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a positive health and safety culture within the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in EHS, ideally in a Pharma manufacturing environment, and be able to demonstrate expertise in risk assessment and management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and monitoring the site's environmental, health & safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Performing risk assessments for various operations, on equipment and tasks, and implementing associated risk controls where appropriate.
- Maintaining comprehensive administrative filing systems, including archival and storage inventories in accordance with good practices.
- Developing and delivering training programs to promote a positive health and safety culture within the organisation.
Requirements:
- A relevant 3rd level qualification ideally in Environmental Science or another relevant EHS discipline.
- 5 years of career experience preferably within manufacturing environments, and specifically in Pharma regulated manufacturing.
- Proven capabilities in all relevant EHS regulations, site environmental and safety management systems.
- Self-motivation, ability to work on own initiative, excellent organisational and time management skills, and compliance mindset regarding company and legal requirements.
