Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a proven track record of ensuring production equipment runs at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairing Production Equipment: Quickly identify and resolve issues with production equipment using your electrical and mechanical expertise.
  • Driving Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of equipment failures and implement lasting fixes.
  • Supporting Line Support Teams: Collaborate with line support teams to maximize machine uptime and output.
  • Partnering with Engineers and Value Streams: Work with engineers and value streams on projects to eliminate recurring issues and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A Level 6 Qualification (trade or relevant discipline)
  • Strong electrical and electronic repair/diagnostic skills
  • Mechanical problem-solving expertise, with experience in pneumatics
  • Previous manufacturing experience (medical devices, pharma, or regulated industry an advantage)
  • Knowledge of GMP; cleanroom experience beneficial but not essential
  • Proficiency with computers and maintenance systems (CMMS)
