We are seeking a highly skilled Design Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing design delivery project documentation, engaging with BAM's Design & Build (D+B) Design Team, and treating health and safety, sustainability, cost, time, constructability, and quality as primary drivers of approach.

The successful candidate will have prior on-site experience in Design Management, Site Management, or Project Management, or experience working as a site/senior engineer status, with an engineering degree qualification. Previous experience working on medium to large construction projects, awareness of construction methodologies, and use of web-based contract communication tools are desirable.
