Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop effective case strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing regular updates and guiding them through the legal process.
  • Assist in handling regulatory and enforcement matters for statutory bodies.
  • Analyse legal submissions and draft detailed, well-reasoned advice on statutory interpretation.
Requirements

You'll need:

  • A qualified solicitor with strong litigation experience at District, Circuit, and High Court levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a range of litigation cases.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles, procedures, and statutes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confidence in advocating for clients in court and negotiations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive and self-motivated.
