Senior Client Services Executive

This is a senior role within our client services team, responsible for managing multiple clients and ensuring all service aspects are maintained as per the client's service level agreement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading functional teams, coordinating work and communication activities, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Tier 1 clients, ensuring all service aspects are maintained as per the client's service level agreement.
- Lead functional teams, coordinate work and communication activities, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide technical expertise for new product development and create service level agreements with clients.
- Participate in client due diligence visits and oversee the timely completion of monthly reporting.
- Vet incident reports prior to release to clients and ensure all items are added to the daily client incident log.
- Work with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensure all current requirements are met.
- Maintain operating procedures to enhance the client experience and maintain service quality.
- Manage client issues, ensuring appropriate resolution, including regular liaison with Global, Relationship Managers, and other Operational Managers.
- Liaise with clients regarding Service Level Agreements and be responsible for all client-facing documentation and presentations.
- Consult on effective ways to meet client needs or appropriate methods for error resolution.
- Ensure Partner and Client interactions are dealt with in a prompt, professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in client services or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
