Sustainable Facility Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. Your mission will involve managing and coordinating day-to-day activities in our facility based in Skibbereen. You will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and recording their feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery
- Ensure full availability of areas in line with client needs
- Manage resources and staff, direct and sub-contract in the facility
- Monitor, check and implement high standards of service delivery
You will be responsible for creating work schedules and task sheets for caretakers, cleaners, security, and concierge. Additionally, you will generate and complete reports as per schedule requirements. You will also review, manage, and engage specialist contractors and suppliers, chairing routine meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements:- Experience of a technical nature in electrical, mechanical, energy, cleaning, painting & decorating, safety, or quality management
- Proven experience in managing staff and teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills
- Competency in IT and technology systems
