- Liaising with various departments and construction teams on a daily basis.
- General administration including filing, drafting letters, assisting with tender returns, building organisational charts.
- Site material requisitioning & purchasing.
- Weekly payroll management including subcontractors.
- Providing telephone support, recording & distribution of messages.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent IT skills and communication abilities.
Candidates should possess knowledge of document control platforms and have experience working in a similar administrative capacity.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, work well under deadlines and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
