BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field
- 6-8 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- English language spoken and written skills
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
- Strong communication skills;
- Drives recommendations and prioritization in collaboration with HR or business leaders
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Coaching and consulting skills
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis, experience consulting on complex performance management cases
- Employee Relations/Investigations experience
- Possess conviction and tenacity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
