Software Developer for Data Solutions

The role of a Scientific and Technical Officer (STO) in the Application Development team at our organization is to develop and support software applications that help deliver key projects.
Working closely with the FEAS data management team, the STO will focus on improving and migrating existing applications and databases to newer technology, and developing new data collection solutions.
A key aim of this role is to implement software applications using a consistent and reusable approach, ensuring high-quality data and efficient processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent programming skills, with experience in developing software applications
- Strong understanding of data management principles and database systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
