Logistics Operations Manager Job

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned logistics professional to take charge of our warehouse operations and drive significant improvements.

About the Role
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of 10 logistics staff, fostering accountability, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate current logistics practices and implement new processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
  • Overhaul stock control, order fulfillment, and goods-in/out procedures to optimize inventory management.
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse.
  • Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to track operational success and progress.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align warehouse operations with broader business objectives.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience managing a logistics team.
  • A proven track record of creating and restructuring logistics processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and people management abilities.
  • A hands-on approach with the capacity to identify inefficiencies and resolve them promptly.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
