Capital Projects and Infrastructure Financial Advisory Team

We provide high-quality advice to clients in Ireland as part of our wider Corporate Finance team. Our services encompass infrastructure strategy, business case advice, lead financial advisory, procurement, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financing.

Your Role

As a Deals Corporate Finance Manager, you will collaborate with diverse public and private sector clients across transport, energy, and renewables, healthcare, and housing. You will take an integrated infrastructure approach, advising on the infrastructure lifecycle from feasibility to procurement, delivery, and operations.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborating with clients to develop strategic financial plans for capital and infrastructure projects
  • Taking a holistic approach to infrastructure advisory, covering all stages of project development
Experiences and Skills:
  • Degree qualified in finance or accounting with approximately 7 years' experience (at least 2 years PQE)
  • Demonstrable experience providing strategic financial advice on the delivery of capital and infrastructure projects
  • Experience in advising on infrastructure workstreams, such as financial advisory and advice on mergers and acquisitions projects
  • Project viability assessments, feasibility studies, and business plans/cases
  • Project finance structuring and capital raising advisory
  • Commercial and financial analysis and understanding of financial models
  • Procurement strategy, contracting, negotiation support
  • Governance and Assurance
