Senior Construction Leadership Position

Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of complex construction projects, utilizing exceptional leadership and coordination skills.
As a seasoned professional in project management, you will lead a team of 30-40 site personnel and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of all works, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinating daily operations and managing site activities
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring project timelines and quality standards
- Reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably within the pharma or industrial sectors
- Strong background in demolition, strip-out, and fit-out projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors on site
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering
