Job Description

The Mentoring for Equality Programme Administrator will provide administrative support for the STEM Passport Mentoring Programme. This involves scheduling mentoring sessions, managing weekly reminders for mentors, and supporting the recruitment of mentors.

The administrator will work closely with the Mentoring for Equality Project Manager to ensure the efficient operation and effective delivery of the mentoring sessions. A high degree of professionalism is required for this role.

  • Provide administrative support to the mentoring programme
  • Schedule mentoring sessions and manage weekly reminders for mentors
  • Support the recruitment of mentors
  • Manage mentor systems
