Job Title: Community Public Protection Officer

The role of the Community Public Protection Officer is to deliver an exceptional service in line with regulatory requirements, focusing on anti-social behaviour.

This includes working closely with customers, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a key member of the public protection team, handling a full range of cases in conjunction with other officers.
  • Contribute towards achieving set KPIs and customer service standards.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams and external organisations.
  • Represent the public protection service in relevant meetings and hearings, ensuring legal and procedural requirements are met.
Health and Safety:
  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to health and safety policy.
  • Implement risk assessments and provide instructions for colleagues regarding personal protective equipment.
