Job Description

Aldwych Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and execute large-scale infrastructure projects within the offshore and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage the project lifecycle from planning through to execution and delivery.
  2. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and effective communication and ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.
  3. Implement and utilize project management tools, including MSPOL, to ensure efficient project tracking and reporting.
  4. Ensure adherence to budget and financial targets, including cost control and financial planning.
  5. Lead a team through complex project phases and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  6. Identify and resolve project issues promptly, using strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Masters degree in engineering, business or a related field.
  • Relevant project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Minimum of 10 years in infrastructure project management, with at least 5 years experience in the offshore or energy sector.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with successful outcomes.
  • Proficient in project management software, specifically MSPOL.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team leadership.
