Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and counseling employee performance, as well as providing coaching assistance to meet goals and expectations.

This role will work closely with management to support and drive quality results for the team.

  1. Monitor and enhance employee performance through coaching on quality and market-specific requirements.
  2. Support Market Team Leads in educating and developing all reps.
  3. Provide backup to the training department as needed.
  4. Attend and participate in meetings to review results.
  5. Perform data analysis to establish trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, and/or content quality assurance in the social media industry.
  3. Proficiency in English (C1 or above) and French.
  4. In-depth contact with local culture and social news.
  5. Ability to form analysis and create reports.
