We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our team. As a Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and strategic support to various departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored financial analyses and solutions.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for various departments and projects.

  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial insights.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of financial accountability and strategic thinking.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.

  • Significant experience in financial business partnering or financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial principles.
