Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Quality Assurance professional to join our Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with global teams, identifying and mitigating product risks, and implementing compliance processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with Primark's quality strategy.
  • Collaborate with QA teams globally to develop best practice compliance end-to-end processes.
  • Support the buying teams in identifying and sharing product risk by market, providing commercial and proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Represent Primark's Compliance function within the supply base, driving supplier improvement and ensuring key suppliers deliver more value and service to Primark.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and support global teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters confidentially.
