Your Impact

As a member of the Sales team within the Customer business area, you'll contribute to improving customer perceptions and experiences. Your work will focus on strategic projects, such as store layouts, electronic shelf labels, self-checkouts and other initiatives that enhance customer interactions across our 230+ stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth understanding of operational processes by spending time in stores
  • Work on exciting projects that improve the customer experience and shop floor operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
  • Full driver's license is required
  • Creative problem-solving approach
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland
  • Motivation and drive
  • Strong personal, communication and presentation skills
