About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to work with our clients nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will oversee construction projects from design development to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage project design briefs and coordinate design teams and consultants.
2. Coordinate and manage levies and development contributions.
3. Manage compliance statements, commencement notices, assigned certifiers, and ancillary roles.
4. Oversee construction phase delivery of projects.
5. Manage health, safety, and environmental aspects and coordinate PSDP and PSCS roles.
6. Develop project execution plans and detailed programming of works.
7. Record progress and manage design changes.
8. Create schedules and trackers for subcontractors, materials, labor, plant, and preliminaries.
9. Procure contractors, materials, labor, plant, and preliminaries.
10. Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with building regulations.
11. Manage utility provider appointments and designs.
12. Handle BCAR documentation and certifications.
13. Follow Site Taking in Charge procedure and hand over to local authorities.
Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
2. Degree-qualified in project management, civil engineering, or a similar discipline.
3. Proven track record of delivering projects within a safety-critical environment.
4. Full clean driving license.
5. Excellent leadership and contractor management skills.
