Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Horology Expert to join a leading luxury watch service center.

This role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing premium brands of timepieces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements, as well as proficiency in using specialized tools and adherence to manufacturer standards. Horology certification (WOSTEP, BHI, AWCI) is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and servicing luxury watches to the highest standards
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and reassembling watch movements with precision
  • Replacing components and conducting water resistance tests
  • Providing expert advice on watch care and maintenance

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Watchmaker, preferably with luxury brands
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements
  • Proficiency with specialized watchmaking tools and equipment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
