Role Overview

We are seeking an agile, creative, and collaborative Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their sales career or grow within the tech industry.

You will be responsible for building new business relationships, connecting with potential clients who have expressed interest in Docusign, and targeting those you identify as having an opportunity to work with.

This position reports to the Sales Development Manager, EMEA, and is a hybrid role requiring access to an office location at least two days a week.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A track record of success in outbound sales/business development is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve your SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quota by educating potential customers on what Docusign has to offer and gaining insight into their business needs.
  • Spend approximately 80% of your time on the phone contacting prospective businesses identified as having real potential as a Docusign customer from an inbound lead flow.
  • Provide qualified, informative leads in our CRM database for Account Executives to pursue, and initial liaison scheduling.
