Public Health Training Instructor

We are seeking an experienced instructor to lead our Community Health Worker training program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, nursing, or social work, and experience teaching adult learners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and teaching one Community Health Worker course of 100 classroom hours. Trainings will be offered online with three in-person sessions held on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content
- Provide instruction and guidance to students
- Assess student learning and progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field
- At least two years of experience in community health and/or social services practice
- Experience teaching adult learners
- Certified as a Community Health Worker in the state of Ohio
