The Opportunity
We are seeking top talent to join our global organization of skilled engineers. Building on more than 70 years of engineering expertise, we offer exciting opportunities for experienced high-calibre Design Engineers to expand our existing design team based in Cork, Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full IC design lifecycle from concept through product release.
- Design and simulate integrated circuits using available device models, parameters, and design rules.
- Assist in new product introduction and perform prototype testing of RF & Microwave components.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interface with customers and product marketing to define product specifications.
Requirements
- Cadence and ADS/AWR expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of RF concepts and design principles.
- Experience in designing and laying out RF/Microwave ICs (SOI preferred).
- Familiarity with EM simulation and RC extraction tools.
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a global team environment and lead by example.
- Degree in Electronic Engineering plus a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
